UnityWorksLA exists to empower and uplift the Hyde Park neighborhood, the Crenshaw District and the greater Los Angeles area through community-driven initiatives rooted in safety, wellness, and financial literacy. We promote positive engagement, address systemic disparities, and build spaces for connection, healing, and collective progress.

From thriving community gardens and accessible wellness programs, to financial literacy workshops and youth initiatives, we see Hyde Park becoming a model for what’s possible in neighborhoods across Los Angeles. Our vision is to ignite lasting change from the ground up—starting right where we are planted.
